The Harpoville Post has learned that the best selling book and soon to be movie, directed by Ron Howard and staring Tom Hanks, of how Jesus wasn't really Jesus is about to become a smash hit musical. The book, now in paperback has been quite controversial and has received eternal damnation from the Vatican.

The Harpoville Post has learned that the producers expect it will be a hit with the New York Jewish theatre crowd. They spoke to The Harpoville Post and had this to say, "At first we wern't sure but as soon as the Vatican gave it it's eternal damnation rating we just knew we had a hit." They went on to say, "We've changed the story line away from the mystery and into the story of Jesus and Mary living together, you know, a Who's Afraid of Virgina Woolf for 2006, that type of thing." Though no big name stars have signed on for the role of Jesus, Jeff Goldblum has showed a considerable amount of interest.

The Harpoville Post reports that the songs are being work on by non other than, the great, Andrew Lloyd Weber with such song titles as,( had I known life would take forever) 'I'd Stayed In The Grave', and, 'Mary You've Really Let Youself Go'. A tentative date for late spring is set for rehearsals to start in New York city.
